Happy New Year from the entire team at Das And Partners Engineering Consultancy! As we step into 2026, we are filled with gratitude for the milestones achieved in 2025 and energised by the opportunities that lie ahead.
The past year was nothing short of transformative. We delivered over 12,000 projects across the UAE, spanning residential towers, commercial developments, oil & gas facilities, and infrastructure works. Our team of 100+ engineers across our Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah offices worked tirelessly to uphold our reputation for engineering excellence.
Key highlights from 2025 include the successful completion of multiple high-rise projects in Dubai Marina, authority approval milestones for major developments in Abu Dhabi, and the expansion of our oil & gas engineering portfolio with ADNOC and Petrofac.
We are thrilled to share that construction of our new Sharjah headquarters is progressing on schedule. The structural works have reached the sixth floor, and the facade installation is expected to commence in February. The new HQ will feature state-of-the-art design studios, collaborative engineering labs, and a dedicated BIM centre of excellence. We look forward to welcoming our growing Sharjah team to the new facility by Q3 2026.
In December 2025, we celebrated the successful completion and handover of the ADNOC Ruwais refinery utilities upgrade project. This multi-disciplinary engagement involved detailed engineering design for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil disciplines. The project was delivered on time and within budget, reinforcing our standing as a trusted ADNOC-approved engineering consultant.
To meet growing demand, we are expanding our team with targeted recruitment across several disciplines. We plan to onboard 25 additional engineers in structural, MEP, and process engineering roles during Q1 2026.
